01
Information we collect
When you submit a consultation or resource request, Straight Up Prosperity may collect your name, email address, phone number, general financial goal category, message, consent choices, referral source, campaign parameters, and submission timestamps. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, balances, medical details, passwords, or financial documents through the website form.
02
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to your request, schedule a conversation, deliver a requested resource, maintain consent records, understand website performance, prevent misuse, and send educational or marketing email only when you have chosen that option. A request for contact does not automatically enroll you in recurring marketing messages.
03
Service providers and affiliation
Information may be processed by website hosting, database, analytics, scheduling, email, or communications providers acting on behalf of Straight Up Prosperity. Information may also be shared when necessary to support an approved GFI-related service workflow or comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Straight Up Prosperity does not represent this draft policy as GFI’s privacy policy.
04
Analytics and cookies
The site may collect limited usage information such as page views, referral source, device category, and conversion events. Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-form messages, account information, or other sensitive financial details.
05
Email and phone choices
Marketing email includes an unsubscribe path, and opt-out requests should be honored promptly. Permission to call about a submitted inquiry is separate from permission for recurring automated calls or text messages. Automated SMS marketing is not enabled by default.
06
Retention and security
Records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, consent evidence, business operations, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; reasonable safeguards reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
