Jaime Grant is a dedicated leader within our firm, known for her heart to serve and her drive to uplift others. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, Jaime lives with her husband and adult daughter. She began her career in Early Childhood Education, where she spent 24 years shaping young lives before transitioning into healthcare staffing in 2021. Today, she continues to thrive in that field while also helping families achieve financial clarity and stability through her work in financial services.

Jaime’s passion for teaching, her caring nature, and her commitment to personal growth make her an invaluable asset to our team. She finds joy in mentoring others and watching them succeed—always striving to bring out the best in everyone she works with.

Johnny is a seasoned leader and top team trainer with over 15 years of experience as a Cardiovascular and Cardiothoracic ICU nurse. Now serving as a broker and Executive Marketing Director, he brings a powerful blend of compassion, expertise, and strategy to his work—helping families achieve their financial goals through a proven and impactful system.

Married to his incredible wife Jill for 26 years, Johnny is a proud father of seven and grandfather to one. He is widely recognized for his exceptional communication skills and his ability to truly listen, understand each person’s unique situation, and offer thoughtful, effective solutions. His leadership continues to inspire both clients and team members alike.
